What is BI-ACT?
BI-ACT is an advanced biological wastewater treatment technology that combines suspended growth and attached growth working in the same aeration tank to maximize treatment efficiency.
BI-ACT SCBA
A hybrid biological wastewater treatment system using a combination of activated sludge and biofilm systems. Operating simultaneously within the aeration tank, it uses a gear motor to rotate the entire assembly. As the aeration roller rotates, it lifts the surrounding rows of biofilm media above the water surface. The wastewater contained within the biofilm media pours out through closed grooves on the pipe surface, causing surface aeration. Air then enters to replace the poured-out wastewater, creating sub-surface aeration.

BI-ACT SDO
A biological treatment system combining 'biofilm' and 'activated sludge' in the same place, functioning simultaneously to treat wastewater. It consists of corrugated biofilm media arranged at an optimal angle, forcing air to circulate within the wastewater. This causes air bubbles generated by the underwater air blower to stay in the wastewater longer than usual, resulting in a higher wastewater treatment efficiency than conventional activated sludge systems.

Green BI-ACT
Prefabricated treatment tank incorporating energy-saving aeration technology into a ready-made tank. Made of materials suitable for the area and installation. Treatment capacity ranges from 50-150 cubic meters/day. Equipped with an IOT control system and a Solar roof, with an option to add a Reclaimed water system.
